In the summer of 2020 Linfield College became Linfield University. Wilike Osgood Moody attended Linfield before it was Linfield. He was a McMinnville College student 1914-1915. It became Linfield College in 1922. McMinnville College did not have football teams in the 1906 through 1921 seasons.
