Hello friends of Gene ‘Ace’ Forman
As most of you already know, ‘Ace’ was given a horrendous prognosis of only weeks to live with an antibiotic resistant infection. He, of course, has defied the odds once again.
We are asking each of you to do and submit a video of 20 to 30 seconds maximum to Ace with well wishes, memories or both. Your choice.
By an August 26, 2022, deadline please text me, Nancy Haack, your video to my cell 541-740-1875. The videos will be given to a production company to create a video which will make sure Ace knows how much he is loved.
